All products are handcrafted and many are made-to-order or limited release. Variations in color, grain, finish, and detail are natural and part of the character of handmade work.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SHIPPING  
Shipping times may vary depending on the nature of the product, especially for custom or made-to-order items. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS  
All sales are final. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Approved cases may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
