Return & Refund Policy – Summer Brave Design

At Summer Brave Design, every piece is built with purpose. Many of our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or produced in limited runs. Because of this, our return policy differs by product type.

CUSTOM & SIGNATURE ITEMS  
All custom, made-to-order, and Signature Collection items (including metal artwork, knife blocks, and custom fabrication projects) are final sale.

Due to the handcrafted nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@summerbrave.com with photos of the issue. Approved claims may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

APPAREL (SHIRTS & WEARABLES)  
We accept returns and size exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Items must be in original condition  
- Items must not show signs of wear or washing  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Due to limited production runs, exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS  
- Custom or made-to-order items  
- Signature Collection pieces  
- Final sale or limited release items  

SHIPPING  
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
